Refund & Return Policy
At SnacEat, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality Indian snacks & cookies with care and hygiene. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we do not accept returns. However, if your product was:
- Damaged
- Expired
- Incorrectly delivered
Replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photo evidence of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging (if applicable).
2. Refunds
Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:
- You were charged but did not receive the order.
- The order was cancelled before dispatch.
- The product delivered was incorrect, and a replacement isn’t possible.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if:
- It has not yet been dispatched.
- You contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once your order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Products returned due to change of mind.
- Orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, courier delays).
- Products that have been opened or consumed.
